We have over thirty years of experience managing off-campus, student housing near the University of Minnesota. Our goal is to provide safe, affordable, convenient, and clean apartments for all our residents.

Most of the buildings that MATCOM leases have been constructed and are managed by our company, thus we are very familiar with their construction and can make repairs easily and quickly. MATCOM has a full time maintenance crew available around the clock for emergencies.

Tenants can place routine maintenance orders through our office by e-mail, phone, or our website. Our qualified technicians handle service calls in a timely manner.
